Working Principle
Sludge first undergoes gravity concentration in the thickening section and is then conveyed to the dewatering zone. As the sludge advances through the gradually reducing filter gaps and screw pitch, it encounters increased mechanical pressure due to the back-pressure plate’s restrictive effect. This process continuously reduces sludge volume, achieving efficient and thorough dewatering.
